I thought it would be fun to list 25 things about the members of our family.
Since this is our month
(yes, everyone in our family has their own month and we would like to keep it that way)
I decided to start with Tyler.
He is the most honest person in the world. Ask him anything and he will give you an honest answer. Just don't ask if that outfit makes you look fat. (j/k) He is an open book!
He loves Chevy's, especially the Duramax and the Camaro (this is no surprise to the people that know him best :)
He puts on a tough front to his family sometimes, but really inside he is just a sweet little boy. I wish his family could see all the nice things he does for his family.
He thinks girls are too dramatic and he is happy he has a boy, and he is hoping for another one.
He loves his children dearly. We started a new tradition after moving to MO. The kids each take a turn running errands with Dad when he goes somewhere. That way they each get time with him. He loves it, and never complains about it.
He hates body hair and wants laser hair removal. I really want him to get it on his face and especially the back of his neck.
He can not grow facial hair. But the hair on his head grows extremely fast.
He insists that I cut his hair. Because I have no experience in this, he has sported some horrific hair. And he never says anything to me about it. If he complained, I think he knows I would say "told you so."
He is a salesman at heart. He could sell a lot of things to a lot of people, because he's good at it and he likes it. He got me a Miche bag for my birthday last year. I didn't really know much about them. But, he sold everyone on them whenever they asked about it.
He is 6 foot 1 inch and he weighs 135 pounds. I am eagerly awaiting the day I can fit into his pants again. Which was circa 2005...
He is not too fond of his "smith" nose and every time we are in the hospital having a baby he checks to make sure the baby didn't get his nose. He's convinced none of them have.
He has very curly hair. Thanks to his barber, no one really notices it because it's pretty short. He also has a lot of difficult cal-licks, but thanks to his barber.....j/k
He is a lot stronger than he looks. I've been trying to beat him up for years with no success. And because that sounds terrible I should also clarify that I don't even think I've given him a bruise and our "fights" result in a lot of laughing on his part.
He hates food. He thinks it's a waste of money and time (this may be correlated to his weight, maybe?). I have referred to him as a human garbage disposal because he eats almost everything. He also eats whatever is in sight, which drives me crazy. Leftovers for breakfast...yuck!
He used to be a ballerino (or whatever they are called). He enjoyed dancing. I think he would love to still dance, but I can only count on one hand the number of times I've seen him do it. We've thought about taking a class together, but the cost of the class + babysitters is not cheap!
He loves his extended family dearly. We both hate missing weddings, mission homecomings/farewells, or funerals. If we could all live close together he would be so happy!
He is now working in an office and he feels like he gets paid too much to just be sitting. I keep trying to explain to him that time is money, and mentally working is still working. He is out of his element and he enjoys working hard. (maybe he'll gain some weight?)
He loves Supercross & Motorcross and any other event involving dirt-bikes. It's his dream to race them professionally. But, he's too old and I need him too much for it to work out. But, he watches it religiously and that's ok with me. Maybe one of these days we can go watch one live.
He loves to serve people. If anyone needs something he will do whatever it takes to help them. He gives people rides, he volunteers to do missionary work in the ward, he helps people fix their vehicles, work on their houses. Anything. And I love him for it.
He has a long list of "somedays" like taking the kids fishing and camping, buying a camaro, going to France and Italy with me, and going on lots of fun trips as a family. Someday babe!
He hates waking up in the morning and will wait until the very. last. second. He also hates to be woken up, so don't even try unless you want to see a side of him you have never seen before.
His biggest pet peeve (at least he says) is when his bed is out of order. If there is anything on the bed, in the bed, or the pillow isn't where it belongs he isn't happy. With 3 little hooligans, the probability that someone has messed up the bed is high.
He loves the hits of the 90's. He hasn't admitted this yet. Most of the time he says he didn't realize those songs were so old. He also hates country music, opera, classical, jazz, and most rap. There isn't a big variety in his music which is probably why he says my itunes is random.
I don't think he will have a successful career as an artist. I have only seen him draw a few things for the kids, when they ask. That's all I'm gonna say.
He is very attractive. This is my list after all, did you really think I would leave that out?
Love you babe!
